FINAL SALE POLICY

All purchases are final and non-returnable. However, we do allow exchanges under specific conditions outlined below.

1. Exchanges Due to Manufacturing Defects

If your order has a manufacturing defect, please email us at info.nandinisarda@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Once we receive the item, we’ll conduct a quality check. If the defect is confirmed, we will send a replacement. You’ll be notified via email once the process is complete.

2. Size Issues

If you receive an incorrect size, we are happy to offer an exchange or alteration. To initiate this, please write to us at Info.nandinisarda@gmail.com Delivery timelines for exchanged or altered items may vary based on your location.

3. Conditions for All Exchanges

• Items must be returned in original condition, with all tags attached and original, undamaged packaging.
• We do not accept exchanges on items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged.
• Sale items and final sale pieces are not eligible for exchange.
• Returns must be shipped within 7 days of receiving the product. Items sent after this period or not in acceptable condition may be refused.
• All items are thoroughly checked before shipping. If you receive a product that isn’t in perfect condition, please contact us immediately.

4. Return Instructions

Please pack the item securely and use a registered, signed-for courier service. We are not responsible for any items lost in transit, so we recommend retaining tracking details until we confirm receipt.

5. Colour Disclaimer

6. Refund Timelines

If a refund is approved (in cases of a defect with no replacement available), please allow 7–15 working days for the amount to reflect in your account.

We reserve the right to refuse exchanges that do not meet our policy requirements.
